While Poo cannot learn PSI Fire, he can use all the other PSI moves listed in this question. He shares Freeze and Thunder with Paula, while only he can use Brainshock. There is, however, something I should point out. Poo is the only character who can use Thunder Omega. Paula makes up for this by being able to use Freeze Omega.

For those of you who have played "Super Smash Bros", then you probably know this Ness-exclusive attack. While considered an "offensive" PSI, it actually acts much differently than others. It affects all enemies, and it gives different random effects: crying, numbness, feeling strange (confusion), or even instant death. It's more likely to destroy an enemy at its highest level.

Yes, the PSI moves have power levels based off of Greek letters. However, the only abilities that have a Sigma level are Shield (protects against physical attacks) and PSI Shield (protects against PSI attacks). However, this game's Japan-only predecessor, "Mother," had a power level called Pi, just so you know.

Answer: Poo

Poo, the prince of Dalaam, is the first character you get Teleport Beta from. He has it after completing "Mu Training" with him by eating the Magic Cake. Ness DOES have the ability to use Teleport Beta, but it's MUCH later in the game. And, of course, Paula is unable to use Teleport at all.

In total, there are six offensive PSI moves in the game. These are: Rockin, Flash, Fire, Freeze, Thunder, and Starstorm. Freeze is seriously overpowered, but it only hits one enemy at a time. Fire is less used, but it attacks multiple enemies in a row. Starstorm and Rockin basically do the same thing: they deal massive damage to all enemies. Also, while it does not do damage, Flash can do all sorts of stuff, and it affects all enemies on screen.

Answer: PSI Magnet

It only figures that PSI Magnet would require no PP to use. It steals PP from an enemy, so it would make no sense for it to have a cost. Despite being able to use it in "Super Smash Bros," Ness cannot use it. Like most PSI moves, this is learned by Paula and Poo.

During the Starman Jr. fight at the beginning of the game, you have a character named Buzz Buzz in your party. While he isn't attacking, he puts up PSI Shield Sigma, because the Starman Jr. only uses PSI attacks. Because of this, it's impossible to die to him.

Answer: PSI Magnet

Despite being a girl, Paula doesn't have a lot of recovery moves like most women in RPGs do. Her only one is PSI Magnet, which fits, because she will probably be using PSI more often than anyone else. Poo can also use it, along with Lifeup and Healing. Ness can also use Lifeup and Healing.

Answer: PSI Fire

PSI Fire is one of the offensive PSI moves that only does damage to opponents. Flash can cause many different effects but doesn't damage. Freeze does damage to one enemy, but can also immobilize them for one turn. Brainshock confuses an enemy.

Answer: PSI Thunder

PSI Thunder is perhaps the only PSI move that isn't effected by shields. However, you cannot control who it hits, and it misses quite often. Surprisingly, the uber-powerful Rockin and Starstorm cannot go through shields, and are reflected by PSI Shield Omega. Makes you wonder...
