1. What is the name of the boy who keeps losing his cat?

Answer: Tom

Tom's cat first appears in Alexandria square when you control Vivi. On disc 3 he loses it once again and it is on a rooftop. When Alexandria is destroyed, it is near some rubble. Finding the cat gets you some prizes.

2. What is the name of the sign maker who gets his ladders stolen by Prince Puck?

Answer: Dante

Dante doesn't play much of a role in the game. However, on the third disc he tells you he is rather pleased with his theatre sign.

3. After Alexandria's destruction, who do you find in the theatre with Ruby?

Answer: Lowell

Lowell is a famous actor in Lindblum who once acted as a Moogle. He joins the theatre after Ruby says she needs actors, but he dislikes the size of the theatre.

4. Which of these Moogles can never be found in Alexandria?

Answer: Mogrich

Kupo is Prince Puck's friend and hangs around the bell tower. Stiltzkin satrts off his journey twice here and Artimecion pays Kupo a visit on disc 3. On Disc 3, Kupo has a female Moogle for company. Mogrich is located in Treno.

Hippaul's mother can be seen working in the hotel. At the start of the game, Vivi notices that the owner of the hotel will not give an adventurer a room, and later in the game he does the same thing. However, Hippaul offers the person a room. His mother comments on how proud she is of Hippaul.

6. Which of these is NOT a Pluto Knight?

Answer: Zach

Haagen, Laudo, Kohel and Blutzen are the only noticable Pluto Knights in the game. There are more and are always ready to serve Steiner and Beatrix.

7. Only Vivi can play jump rope with the skipping girls.

Answer: False

If you do not have Vivi in your party, Eiko will be asked to play. If both characters are not in the active party, the girls do not appear.

8. When searching for Princess Garnet as Steiner, which character can you see in Alexandria castle who becomes important later on?

Answer: Quina

Quina is working in the castle kitchen preparing meals with the small chefs. Later in the game, the chefs comment on a cake chef who they miss, Quina.

9. What type of card do you get when Hippaul reaches level 70 in the running mini game?

Answer: Genji

For every ten levels, Hippaul's mother gives you a powerful card. She gives you a key item once Hippaul reaches level 80.

10. On disc 3, Zidane can play a mini game with Benero, Genero and Zenero. Where are these characters located?

Answer: Weapon shop

The three brothers all look the same and swap places at rapid speeds. Once they have finished exchanging places, Zidane must pick out a certain brother.

11. Freya and friends must battle an army of Bandersnatch underneath Alexandria castle. Where else on the world map can you battle these monsters?

Answer: Just outside Alexandria

The Bandersnatch are pretty weak and you fight just one of them with Zidane's party. Freya, Steiner and Beatrix all battle a group of Bandersnatch whilst buying time for Zidane to escape.

12. Tantarian is one of the toughest optional bosses in the game. When do you get the chance to fight this book fiend?

Answer: On discs 2 and 3 when rescuing Dagger

The evil book is located in the library and can be located only when you are about to help Dagger and Eiko during the Alexander summon fiasco. The boss is very powerful and can kill a party member in one hit. You can also fight the boss on dsic 2 when rescuing Dagger, but you have a harsh time limit.

13. Tantarian does not let you fight it with a party of your choice. Which four characters must fight Tantarian?

Answer: Zidane, Freya, Amarant and Vivi

Steiner and Beatrix are battling monsters at this time, Dagger and Eiko are summoning and Zidane decides to help out. The book is totally optional to fight but has some great items to steal.

14. Only three characters in the game trance automatically before a dramatic battle. Which is the only character to automatic trance in Alexandria?

Answer: Steiner

Steiner and Beatrix are battling mist monsters on disc 3. Both grow tired and weak and Steiner makes a stand on how he will defend Garnet. He also tells Beatrix he will protect her and he goes in to Trance to protect her.

15. Which of these characters do not appear at Alexandria dock the night Alexandria is destroyed?

Answer: Zidane

Eiko wants Zidane to meet her at the dock so she writes a romantic letter. She asks Baku to give it to Zidane. Baku drops it and Steiner finds it and thinks its wrote by Beatrix. Unknown to the player, Blank finds it and goes with Marcus to see who likes him. Beatrix, on patrol finds the letter and meets with Steiner.

They are watched by Marcus, Blank and Eiko. Steiner and Beatrix almost kiss but Baku interupts. Zidane knows nothing of the letter.
