Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which of these aeons can learn two overdrives?

Answer: Valefor

Valefor is the first aeon you get. Received on Besaid Island, you must stay in order to get his second overdrive "Energy Blast". This is a stronger overdrive, but it comes at a price of waiting one more recovery turn to attack again.
2. Which of these aeons do you have to pay to use?

Answer: Yojimbo

Yojimbo is a so called "Sword-For-Hire". You must pay him to receive his services, and for every turn for him to attack. If you pay him enough he has a move called "Zanmato", which kills any enemy in one hit.
3. What is Tidus' last learned overdrive?

Answer: Blitz Ace

Tidus' last overdrive is gained after completing fifty successful overdrives. The Blitz Ace is 8+1 attacks, making it very useful.
4. How does Wakka gain his overdrive slots?

Answer: From Blitzball games

This is the main reason to play Blitzball. Besides getting some fair items, Blitzball is often seen as useless and a waste of money. Its only use is for the items, and for fun. It DOES NOT help you in the game otherwise.
5. "Tros" is fought with which characters?

Answer: Tidus and Rikku

This is one of the first bosses you come against in the game. While trying to start up some sunken machina, a squid-like boss attacks you and Rikku. To defeat this boss you must use action commands to stop it from using Nautilus Charge.
6. Where do you first fight Sin?

Answer: S.S. Liki

The first time you see Sin is when he destroys Zanarkand. You fight Sinspawn Ammes as well. You also get sucked into Sin in order to get carried into the future though after all of this, you never actually fight him.
7. The Omega Ruins are located where?

Answer: Islands to the east of the main continent

The Omega Ruins are the home to by far the toughest enemy in the game. These two, "Ultima Weapon" and "Omega Weapon", have significant importance to the avid "Final Fantasy X" player. They have mass amounts of HP, and are very strong. Though sadly you don't get anything besides Gil and pride.
8. How do you get the chance to fight "Penance"?

Answer: Defeat all dark aeons

After defeating the dark aeons, this big monster is unleashed. It's so big you have to select him on the airship in order to fight him.
9. "Penance" has how much total HP?

Answer: 13,000,000

Penance has a total of 13 million HP. His body counts with the vast majority of 12 million alone. His right and left arm each have 500,000 HP each. Penance is one of the hardest enemies available in "Final Fantasy X".
10. Every time you defeat an arm of Penance, you get what?

Answer: Dark Matter

You will be fighting his arms the entire battle no matter how many times you destroy them. My strategy was to kill on arm and attack the body; I just left the other one alone. This is a fairly prestigious fight though, considering it's one of the most powerful enemies in the game.
