1. What does Lulu say the first time you use a Fire spell?

Answer: "Burn"

She says "Burn" for Fire, "Anyone thirsty?" for Water, "Need a good jolt?" for Thunder, and she says "Freeze" for Blizzard. She says these things during your first battle using her, and also the FIRST time you use the spells, so listen carefully.

2. Who is the person that says "Get outta my town!" at the beginning of the game?

Answer: Tidus

When you are in Zanarkand, in the battle you use Tidus' and Auron's Overdrives, Tidus says this. This is the battle against your first Sinspawn boss, and when both Tidus' and Auron's Overdrives are full, enabling you to use them, of course.

3. What does Yuna say she has done when you first see her, which is when she comes out of the Chamber of the Fayth in Besaid Temple?

Answer: "I have become a summoner!"

She says this after saying "I have done it," saying this in a beautiful cutscene for a PS2. This is when she emerges from the Chamber of Fayth, and she looks a little dizzy or something, so when she falls Kimahri catches her. She soon regains her composure and delivers the news.

4. Which nickname does Rikku call Yuna by?

Answer: "Yunie!"

Rikku will normally call Yuna "Yunie," but sometimes calls her by her name, Yuna. This is because they are cousins and have known each other from before. That would mean that Yuna is half-Al Bhed, meaning she has one green and one blue eye.

5. Who calls himself a "Merchant Extroardinare?"

Answer: Oaka XXIII

This character is fairly pompous, but is a fairly big help if you are wanting to stock up on items while on the boat bound for Kilika. Of course, this is only the first place you meet him. You can find him at other locations during your travels, as well. I mean, he isn't a "merchant extroardinare" for nothing.

6. What attack does Seymour use when he says, "Death awaits you?" (This is AFTER your first battle with him.)

Answer: Banish

After your first battle with Seymour, he is now dead, having not been "sent" to the farplane by Yuna, due to another Guado chasing after you. He will always use Banish when you summon an Aeon, after your Aeon attacks or if it is Seymour's turn.

Answer: "See ya!"

"Adios!" is Spanish for goodbye, "See ya next fall!" is something I made up, and "Take that!" is what Wakka says. Tidus does not always say this, as he can also finish off a monster without uttering a word, but this comment is just something to add to the gameplay.

8. In your first battle with Seymour at Macalania Temple, when he summons Anima, what is Tidus' reaction?

Answer: "Yuna, the new Aeon!"

"Yuna, look out!" and "That doesn't look so bad," are the two made-up ones, while "We're all gonna die, we're all gonna die! Game over, man!" is a famous line from "Aliens," the sequel to the movie "Alien." The new Aeon, of course, is Shiva, which is highly effective against Anima with her ice-element attacks.

9. What is the first thing that Lulu says to you?

Answer: "Who are you?"

This is after you are transported by Sin from Rikku's boat to Besaid Island, when Wakka finds you and takes you to the village. Lulu engages Wakka in a conversation of some kind, and Tidus butts in, making Lulu notice him for the first time.

10. What does Auron say to Tidus when he gives him a sword, to which Tidus responds, "From my old man?"

Answer: "A gift from Jecht."

This is when you get into your first battle during Sin's attack on Zanarkand. Auron is with you, and after unsuccessfully trying to hit the creatures that come off of Sin with his hands, Tidus receives the sword from Auron, which I think would DEFINITELY be more effective.
