His last name is Monroe, despite not being mentioned in-game. He is always called Scott or Scott-san.

2. Who is the girl that the main character wants to marry, and has to save from kidnapping?

The game starts with a conversation between Scott and Miyu indicating that they were going to meet her father to tell him that they wanted to get married. They never did end up getting a chance to tell him.

3. Which is the correct term for the sniper rifle in the game?

Answer: AE Rifle

The AE Rifle is the only weapon in the game designed solely for long distance. Holding the A button will allow you to zoom in very far and includes a detailed crosshair.

Yes, it is possible to beat Otori, even though he does not have a health bar. Using sword katas (special moves) against him will break the sword he is using - the Katana Giri. It will also save his life.

The cleaver is used on the ship when trying to rescue the fishing boss and the bokken is the practice sword you use against Mariko in training. The broken sword is your first left-hand weapon.

The resistance bar is easy to take down, but it will refill itself at points of the battle. When your opponents life bar is low enough, it will start again, but it will start out emptier and emptier each time. In addition to dodging and parrying you can weaken it by attacking your opponent's sword as well.

10. What are the four levels to choose from in multiplayer mode?

Multiplayer mode is split screen and can be played with 2-4 players. Players can play as enemies from the single-player mode, choose bonuses, and even knock other players out in melee.
