Niko Bellic, Patrick McReary, Derrick McReary, and Michael Keane rob the Bank of Liberty in Chinatown. Luis Lopez is taken hostage along with a few other bank employees and customers. A customer, Eugene Reaper attempts to stop the robbery, killing Michael Keane, but being gunned down himself. Niko, Packie and Derrick grab the cash, and shoot their way to freedom, eventually escaping.

As a joke later on in the mission Niko, Packie and Derrick almost bump into Luis in their car as he crosses the street.

When Luis gets a phone call while in Maisonette 9 he exits the club and has a confrontation with Dessie, Armando and Henrique. During this, Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince walks out speaking with another character. Although only seen briefly it is argued to be Phil Bell as the resemblance is quite similar.

After Rocco Pelosi kidnapped a Union Official and had Luis hit him with golf balls until he talked, it is revealed that the head of the Liberty Transit Authority is working with the Messinas. At some point the Messina's discover that one of their Union Officials had been kidnapped and they needed to stop any information from being leaked.

However they were too late; and the pursuing crime family members were eventually gunned down, or crashed their Cavalcade FXTs.

Sunday Driver was a video included on the special edition of "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas", along with the "Introduction". The Sunday Driver video is a documentary made in 2005 about an old low-rider car club in Compton, L.A.

In the mission "Corner Kids" Armando and Henrique invite Luis to join them on a drive over to East Hook where they will be meeting up with a new connection for heroin, a man only known as "Papi". However, moments after the four meet up, NOOSE ambush the deal. Armando reveals that he thinks his phone might have been tapped. Papi shouts that A and H are amateurs and runs off never to be seen again.

It is assumed he got away as Armando claims they won't catch him.

Their first interaction is when Niko, Patrick, Derrick and Michael rob the Bank of Liberty in "I luv LC".
The second is when Niko almost hits Luis in his car while Luis is crossing the street later on in the same mission "I luv LC".
The third is when Luis ambushes the diamond deal between Niko, Johnny Klebitz, Isaac Roth and the Jewish Mob.
The fourth is during the Gracie Ancelotti/diamond exchange between Niko Bellic, Patrick McReary, Luis and Gay Tony.

The first interaction is when Johnny and some Lost MC bikers ambush a deal between Luis, Gay Tony, Evan Moss, and The Cook for the diamonds. Johnny and some bikers then chase down and kill Evan for the diamonds.
The second interaction is when Luis ambushes the diamond deal between Niko, Johnny Klebitz, Isaac Roth and the Jewish Mob in the mission "Not So Fast".

Johnny is seen in the mission "I luv LC", but only riding his bike down the street, no real interaction with Luis occurs at this point.

After arriving to Ray Bulgarin's house for work, Ray sends him off to apparently help Timur. He orders Luis to head to the roof of a building in Little Italy; however when Luis gets there, he discovers the severed head of The Cook, and that he's been set-up. Bulgarin reveals via cell phone that he thinks Luis and Gay Tony are conspiring against him and stole his diamonds. Luis kills his lackeys and escapes.

As Luis and Tony are driving towards Firefly Island, Luis tells Tony to hideout by that "Monoglobe thing" in Meadows Park.

The song that plays while Luis is parachuting from the wrecked plane is "No Security" by Kelis ft. The Crookers. The song is also featured on the radio station Electro-Choc.
