You start the game with a watering can, hoe, axe, sickle, and hammer. Interestingly enough, since there is no real fisherman in the game, you must receive it from Zack when you enter the beach house.

2. Won, the travelling salesman, comes to your house periodically trying to sell you items. How much money is the vase he tries to sell to you?

Answer: 5,000G

If you don't buy the vase the first time Won comes around, he will never come by with it again. However, he still attempts to rip you off with his expensive
apples!

3. Doug's inn is open almost every single day. What is the one day that he takes off each year?

Answer: Autumn 5th

Doug allows himself to take Autumn 5th off every year. He goes up to the mountain top to mourn the death of his wife.

4. Which of the following places are you NOT able to find a Jewel of Truth?

Answer: In the Town Garbage Can

There are 9 Jewel of Truth gems in total. Once you find 8 of them, head over to Mayor Thomas' house and check his fridge.

Although Ellen is confined to her chair, she does not die in "Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town". In fact, she can knit you a stocking for Christmas if you befriend her.

The Seaside Cottage is obtained by connecting with the GameCube. You can buy the Town Cottage from Gotz for a whopping 100,000,000G! The Forest Cottage does not exist in this game.

All of the girls will give you an item that they treasure if you get them to like you. The Harvest Goddess rewards your offerings with a Power Berry!

10. There are a few rival couples that will get married if you attempt to see all of their scenes together. When is the earliest that the rival couples can get married?

Answer: Year 4

If you happen to be able to avoid the scenes, then the couples will not marry. There are 4 scenes for each couple before marriage. Scenes 1 & 2 occur in Year 1 or later. Scene 3 occurs in Year 2 or later. Finally, Scene 4 cannot occur until Year 4.
