1. In the first level, 'Isengard', we see the production of the main Isengard army. Who is the hero in this mission?

Answer: Saruman

Lurtz comes along in the mission 'Amon Hen'. It is after that mission that you can first utilize more than one army.

2. In the next mission, 'Fangorn', Saruman and his army go to the forest to harvest lumber. Which is not an objective for this mission?

Answer: Destroy the Ent army before they attack Isengard

A small Ent army, not including Treebeard, attacked Isengard in the previous mission. There are two Elven barracks you need to destroy in the northern part of the forest.

3. In the next important mission, 'Amon Hen', Lurtz and his army attack the Fellowship. How do you fulfill the bonus mission 'find secret allies'?

Answer: Find Cave Trolls

Their cave is south of your Uruk Pit. You can use two Trolls at a time.

4. In the next important mission,'Edoras', the Uruk-Hai attack the capital of Rohan. A bonus objective is to raid the tombs of the deceased Rohan kings. How many graves are there?

Answer: Two

Each grave has two chests full of resources. The other bonus objective is to kill Eowyn.

5. In the next important mission, 'Helm's Deep', the army of Rohan suffers a terrible defeat. Which seige unit becomes available in this level?

Answer: Explosive Mine

All of the other answers are available shortly after 'Fangorn'. Some of the Ents that survived from the previous missions in and around Fangorn Forest come. Eomer, Gandalf, and several Rohirrim come along as well.

6. In the next mission, 'Near Harad', you first utilize the Mordor army to acquire the Haradrim army. Besides destroying them, what can you do to acquire their strength?

Answer: Bribe them with a tribute

Once you have 10,000 resources, you can build a tribute cart at your Citadel. Just make sure it arrives at their camp safely. If you are close enough to an enemy when you have a tribute cart, they won't attack it.

7. In the next mission, 'Southern Ithilien', you attack the Gondor army for the first time. Which Gondor hero is in this mission, but is not a primary/bonus objective to kill?

Answer: Faramir

Boromir and Pippin died for good in 'Amon Hen'. Aragorn, however, lives through the whole campaign.

8. In the next important mission, 'Osgiliath', you seize control over the former capital of Gondor. How many ally reinforcements show up during this mission?

Answer: Two

They are catapults and a Nazgul. Both are from Minas Morgul.

9. In the next mission, 'Cirith Ungol', you finally kill Frodo and Sam and reclaim the One Ring. Will any troops/heroes progress further into the campaign?

Answer: No

Shelob and the Orcs live there, and Gollum wouldn't be of any use to Sauron. The name for this mission in the Good Campaign is 'Shelob's Lair', but when you save in that mission the save file says 'Good Cirith Ungol'.

10. In the last level in the campaign, 'Minas Tirith', you destroy the White City and conquer Middle-Earth. Can you use the Witch-King in this mission?

Answer: Yes
