1. What company develops this game?

Answer: Neverland

Though Natsume and Nintendo published the title outside of Japan, they did not "make" the game. Neverland also makes "Lufia and the Fortress of Doom" for the SNES.

2. What is unusual about the title?

Answer: Both are correct.

Lufia only appears in the original, and is the reincarnation of the Sinistral Erim in "Lufia and the Fortress of Doom". Iris, who helps you on your quest in "Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals", is the same as Erim, but not the same as Lufia. This is true because Iris has knowledge that she is Erim but Lufia does not know this until Daos tells her.

The events in this game happen over 100 years prior to the first game's events.

3. What is the maximum attainable level for the characters?

Answer: 99

If you're willing to spend the time to get the experience points, your characters can all attain a level of 99, however, a level between 60 and 70 is more than sufficient to complete the game.

4. Which of these is not a weapon in the game?

Answer: Cursed Sword

Though there isn't a Cursed Sword, there is a Cursed Bow. This will become Arty's Bow. The SuhrCustom11 is attainable in the Ancient Cave north of Gruberik. The Deadly Sword can be obtained from the enemy of the same name. The Flying Blow is a powerful dagger.

5. Which Sinistral(s) in the game, out of these choices, are fought more than once in "Lufia 2: Rise of the Sinistrals"?

Answer: Gades

Erim and Daos are fought only at the very end of the game. Gades is fought four times in the game. Amon, not a choice here, is fought twice.

6. What is the eighth town visited in the game?

Answer: Merix

The first eight towns are Elcid, Sundletan, Alunze, Tanbel, Clamento, Parcelyte, Gordovan, and Merix. Treadool is number fourteen, and Narvick is the final town in the game, situated on one of the three islands that form a triangle.

Dekar comes from Bound Kingdom. This is never mentioned is the actual game, but is mentioned in the instruction manual on page 7. Look at it if you have the manual and missed this.

Answer: 20

Providence can be found as early as floor 21. The latest I've ever gotten it is floor 31.

Answer: Red

Hence the name, "Red Jelly". There are two other types of Jellies that appear as regular enemies. These are "Blue Jelly" and "Bili Jelly".

10. What did Maxim and Selan name their child?

Answer: Jeros

This is one of the more peaceful parts of the game, until Idura comes and kidnaps him. After rescuing him from the North Lighthouse, Maxim and Selan leave Jeros with his aunt and continue their adventure.
