When you start off you go into this training place where it shows various scenes in "Maple Story". You can kill monsters that are rigged to be low levels where you can kill them. After you finish this tutorial you can go to Maple Island to kill higher level monsters.

2. What level do you need to get the second job advancement?

Answer: 30

To get the second job advancement you need to be level 30, to get the third job advancement you have to be level 70, and to get the fourth job advancement you have to get to level 120. With different job advancements come new advanced jobs with new skills.

Towns are located all over "Maple Story". There are different continents containing different towns, and each town has its own unique atmosphere.

It is getting easier for people to level due to that Nexon released Double EXP cards which double the EXP you get when killing monsters. Every time you level you get three skill points to use on various skills, that boost stats or is an powerful attack.

Crimson Balrog is a monster that flies around and is level 100. To avoid this monster during the ride, go in the cabin (the green door) and stay in there.

These NPCs usually have a quest that occurs during Thanksgiving event. Usually the quest occurs in finding items and then they giving you an "allowance". Then you can trade this allowance to a specified NPC to redeem it for 100 or 250 Maple Points. You can do this quest once a day until the event is over.

Answer: Mesos

To buy things in shops you use mesos, the currency. You can't drop 9 or less mesos. The minimum number of mesos you can drop is 10.
