Every game that Mario has been in he's had his famous yellow buttons. Even in the original "Donkey Kong" they were yellow. They were never another color.

2. What is the first game in history that Mario shared with Sonic?

Answer: "Mario and Sonic Olympic Games"

"Mario and Sonic Olympic Games" was released in 2007. There is no story mode or any indication of Mario and Sonic actually talking to each other. They just share the same game and compete.

3. What relation is Wario to Mario?

Answer: Cousin

Mario is brothers with Luigi. Wario is brothers with Waluigi. Mario and Waluigi are also cousins. We don't know who the fathers or uncles are.

4. What idea for a game was Mario modeled after?

Answer: Popeye

It's true; Shigeru Miyamoto was suppose to make a "Popeye" game, but instead he noticed how Popeye always saved the girl from his enemy. So Shigeru modeled the first "Mario" game ("Donkey Kong") after Popeye's adventures.

Fludd helps Mario through the entire game of "Super Mario: Sunshine". Flood has different nozzles that you can attach to make it do different things. Flood also appears in one of Mario's attacks in "Super Smash Bros: Brawl".

Answer: Paintings

You might need a certain number of stars to access different worlds. There are different paintings through the entire castle, but only most of them are able to be jumped in.

Answer: Yoshi

Yoshi is a big green dinosaur who accompanies Mario on most adventures. Sometimes, Mario is lucky enough to ride Yoshi instead of walking, but then in sports games Mario can compete against him. Yoshi also has his own games.

Answer: War Lord Mario

Fire Mario has been in several games and turns Mario white and gives him the power to shoot fireballs. This happens to be one of Mario's trademark powers. Raccoon Mario lets him fly a little but not much else. He basically looks like he is putting on a Raccoon costume. Mario turns to Super Mario when he gets a mushroom.

9. Who is Mario's arch-enemy?

Answer: Bowser

Almost every game Mario is in, Bowser is somewhere to be found. Bowser looks like a giant monster turtle that shoots flames. He is constantly trying to capture Princess Peach. He also has a son: Bowser Jr., who is so cute he needs to hide his face with a bandanna. Bowser is based on a mythical monster in Japan that looks like a turtle.

10. What are the names of the turtles in the Mario games?

Answer: Koopas

The King of the Koopas is Bowser and the Koopas are usually portrayed as the bad guys. Mario usually defeats them by jumping on them. He can also use their shell for various things in certain games.
