Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Out of the following planets, which produces no Herb naturally?

Answer: Vubble

Vubble produces lots of H2O, and a little of Air, Glow, Zap, and Iron. Boggob produces lots of Herb and both Globin and Wiral produce a small amount of it.
2. How many columns wide is Hevendor?

Answer: 11

Hevendor is a wide planet with 11 columns, and Meteos fall very fast. This is compensated for by the fact that all Meteos will always leave the planet immediately. Hevendor is an easy way to make your friends mad, simply load up the entire screen when you have a Super Rocket about to launch, and your friend is sure to get a Nova!
3. Which of the following two planets have the same Meteos design?

Answer: Geolyte and Yooj

Some of the Meteos planets have the same look for the Meteos that are launched from them. Dawndus has the same as Cavious, Hotted has the same as Grannest, Globin has the same as Lastar, Starrii has the same as Thirnova, and no one else has the same as Gigagush. There are many other matches, just look for them!
4. Which race of aliens are 'half energy', as their bio says?

Answer: Thirnova

Thirnova's planet contains mostly Fire and Zap, but has a good amount of Iron, Zoo, and Glow as well. Stacks will launch very quickly, but fall very slowly, which can be both useful and annoying if you're trying to score big points.
5. Do vertical or horizontal launches work better on Forte?

Answer: vertical

A horizontal launch will barely do anything, but if you have the whole screen trying to leave from Forte, one vertical launch will send almost, if not the whole thing, all of the Meteos off of your screen! Forte can be a good 'sneak attack' planet as you can eliminate a whole screen to a friend unexpectedly. Super Rockets will always help the process.
6. Which planet is protected by humble oracles who wish to protect their goddess of the same name?

Answer: Starrii

Starrii is 8 columns wide and is a good place to get Zoo and Glow elements, both of which are useful for making rare Soul Meteos. For a mere 1 soul, you can make Starrii's sound set, 'Holiday Laughter'.
7. Which, out of the following Suborbion elements, is produced the LEAST?

Answer: Zoo

Iron and Zap are produced the most and Dark is produced in a medium amount. It can be fused for 78 Air, 77 Fire, 75 H2O, 1200 Dark and 2 Soul.
8. What is the name of Jeljel's sound set?

Answer: Hall of Horrors

Hot Revial is Suburbion's set, Eurorockitude is Layazero's set, and Number 5 is Yooj's set. Jeljel and Wuud have the same Meteos design.
9. How many Luna=Luna planets will you face in the 'Twin Moons' route of the multi-route game?

Answer: One

In the Illusionists you face three Layazero planets. The only way to get the third ending is to fail Luna=Luna. Failing Hevendor Realm will send you to the second ending only.
10. Burned Meteos on Mekks will make what symbols?

Answer: X

Mekks and Wiral have the same Meteos designs which make the burnt Meteos appear as Xs. Famicomic is the Mekks' sound set and can be made for 500 Iron.
11. Which race of aliens "live symbiotically with the giant tree, never harming it"?

Answer: Wuud

Boggob lives in a swampy terrain and its inhabitants are very warlike, according to Boggob's bio. On Wuud, columns rise rather quickly and will fall very fast. Launching a whole screen of Meteos can be a real challenge.
12. Which race of aliens can control lava flow at will?

Answer: Firim

Hotteds merely make the surface of their odd cube-shaped planet shine. Dawndus is the planet in a perpetual state of dawn or dusk. Jeljellians can fuse with with the gooey magma found on their planet, but cannot control it.
13. What multi-route group does Gigagush belong to?

Answer: Dimensionals

Along with Thirnova and Gravitas, Gigagush belongs to the Dimensionals. The objective is to launch 50 burnt Meteos or more. Jeljel is the Stray Planet, Megadom and Grannest are Mechatropoloids, and Wiral and Mekks are the Electric Nymphs.
14. What is Layazero's sound set called?

Answer: Eurorockitude

Speed of Magic is Wiral's set, Aliens is Gigagush's set, and Pon! is Brabbit's set. Layazero's bio says "It's unclear whether this holographic planet is real or an illusion,". To make Layazero, you need 256 each of Air, Fire, H20, Soil, Iron, Zap, Herb, and Zoo and 64 Glow and Dark.
15. Which of the following planets is the widest?

Answer: Bavoom

Bavoom is 10 columns wide while Firim and Freaze are 7 and Layazero is 8. Bavoom is part of the Clean Air Club in the multi-route mode.
16. Can Time or Soul Meteos be found on Florias?

Answer: Soul

Only on planet Meteo and in the End Credits can both Time and Soul Meteos be found. Whenever either a Soul or Time Meteo appears, it will smash a whole column of Meteos. They can also be made, Time for 500 each of Air, Soil, Iron, Herb and Dark. Soul can be made for 500 each of Fire, H20, Zap, Zoo and Glow.
17. Does Freaze have the same Meteos design as Oleana?

Answer: No

Both Freaze and Oleana have a Meteos design different from any other planet. Both planets' most common element is H2O.
18. Which of the following is TRUE about Megadom?

Answer: Is 9 columns wide

Metallia is Gravitas's sound set and Major Tempo is Megadom's set. Forte and Gravitas have the same Meteos design while Vubble and Megadom have the same design. Megadom's most common elements are Air, Iron, and Zap, although it also does have Herb and Soil, just at lower levels.
19. According to Lastar's bio, how do Lastarals speak to each other?

Answer: By reflecting light

Lastar has five most common elements: Fire, H2O, Iron, Zap, and Glow. Lastar can be fused from 1500 Glow and 2 Time Meteos.
20. Which element is NOT required for fusing planet Globin?

Answer: Time

To fuse Globin you need 3333 Zoo, 666 Dark, and 3 Soul Meteos. Fusing its soundset requires 1000 Zoo, which is also the most common element found on the planet. The planet itself is shaped like a giant red blood cell, and according to its bio, the inhabitants function much like a living body.
21. Which of the following do Brabbit and Boggob NOT have in common?

Answer: Most common element is Herb

Boggob and Brabbit are both 9 columns wide. They also both have the exact same Meteos design. They will also both produce H2O, but in low amounts. However, Brabbit's most common element is Air, while Boggob's is Herb.
22. Does Oleana, a planet covered mostly in water, produce any Fire element?

Answer: Yes

Oleana produces Air, Fire, Zap, and Herb moderatly, but mostly water. Only Oleana, Vubble, and Freaze will produce more water than any other element.
23. When playing through Wireless with only one cartridge, which of the following planets is available for play?

Answer: Anasaze

If playing Wireless with only one game, all players must play on the same planet, chosing from Geolyte, Firim, Oleana, or Anasaze. If all players have their own game pack, they may play on any planet of their choosing and the planets don't all have to be the same.
24. Does Dawndus produce the Air element naturally?

Answer: Yes

Dawndus produces Air, Fire, Soil, Herb and Zoo. Only Dawndus, Meteo, Lastar, Luna=Luna, and Hevendor produce the maximum amount of any element they can produce. All other planets will produce less of their elements.
25. How many planet Meteo do you face if you face the True Meteo?

Answer: Three

By far the hardest ending to get, you will face three planet Meteo at the same time. With a width of 12, and the the stacks falling fairly fast, it can be very hard to beat.
