This is told during the scene before the game. This planet is right now covered in a strange purple aura, which is the darkness of the planet. Once you complete the game, the aura will disappear along with Dark Aether.

2. What suit do you start with?

Answer: Varia

It is the suit you always start with in every Metroid game. As the story goes, the suit was given to her by the creatures who raised her from a baby, the Chozo.

3. Where is the map station for the Temple Grounds located?

Answer: Hive Chamber A

It is one of the first rooms you enter in, after the Landing Site. These will show you all the places you haven't traveled in the area you are in.

4. In the Hive Tunnel, which of the following is not a cause of death to the hanging marines?

Answer: Loss of Blood

You can tell when you scan the bodies hanging upside down. None of these will add to your scan log.

The darkness comes from Dark Aether and takes them over turning them into Dark GFMC. GFMC is a Galactic Federation Marine Corps, which are the guys who sent the distress signal.

Just like Metroid Prime, she/it will absorb phazon whenever you see it. "Metroid Prime" didn't have many cut scenes, but it absorbed phazon, whenever it could.

Unlike the "Metroid Prime," you don't lose your Charge Beam, which can help a little. The more annoying part is, a lot of the dark creatures are stronger than the normal versions, so the charge beam only makes it seem like a normal creature.

Answer: 250

There are four upgrades for the light and dark ammo. Some of these power-ups you have to go back and forth between Light and Dark Aether.

Just look at your map. This fight is really early in the game, where as the "Metroid Prime" was farther into the game.

This is right before you obtain the Dark Beam. Some may think this is a hard fight, but if you dodge right you can do it without getting hit.

Answer: Amorbis

Amorbis is the first boss you fight. He is also the first guardian of the light energy you need to demolish Dark Aether.

14. How many phases does Quadraxis have?

Answer: 3

The first one is just a giant version of the Quad robot. The second is the flying head of the Quad. Third is the flying Quad head, except it has no glass and you need to bomb it in the morph ball form.

15. Which boss gives you the Light Suit?

Answer: None

U-Mos gives you the Light Suit for thanks, and to help you collect the nine Sky Temple Keys in Dark Aether. The light suit makes Samus look pretty cool, and makes you immune to the darkness in Dark Aether.

You see her/it in Aerie Access, fight her/it in Aerie Transport Station and Aerie. This is actually about the same difficulty of a fight as the first one.

Five may not seem like a lot, but if you time it right, you can travel a long way. If you just keep hitting the jump button really fast, you won't get far at all.

Answer: Screw Attack

To get the Screw Attack you need to do a puzzle that only takes about five minutes. This puzzle can be annoying if you don't take out the guys on the platforms.

19. What do you get if you kill an enemy with the dark beam?

Answer: You gain light ammo

This is actually very helpful if you are low on light beam ammo. So, if your low on light ammo use the dark beam and waste some creatures.

20. What do you get if you kill an enemy with the light beam?

Answer: You gain dark ammo

If you use the light beam a lot in Dark Aether, then you won't need to really get your dark ammo. However, the dark beam is helpful in Aether.

The creatures that are carrying these keys are very weak. Also, to see them, first you have to look in your Dark Visor, then shoot them once, and you can see them in your regular visor.

They are both a worm that has two heads and can attack from either one. This would be a cooler enemy, I think, if it could attack from both heads at once. This like some of the other mini-bosses that hold your powers, starts out regular, and is transformed into a dark version of it.

Answer: 4

There are four sections where you have to solve the path/puzzle to the bomb slot. All of them, but the fourth section have one bomb slot. The fourth section has four bomb slots.

24. After beating the Spider Guardian, and you head back to Sanctuary Entrance, what does Dark Samus do?

Answer: Destroys the bridge

All of the little blue energy balls form into Dark Samus again, and she/it blows up the bridge. Fortunately, you just got the spider ball and still cross.

25. Who, and in which order, are the two final bosses?

Answer: Emperor Ing, Dark Samus

Emperor Ing is supposed to be a 10/10 difficulty, then Dark Samus is still as easy as her/it's first two fights. Also, like Metroid Prime from "Metroid Prime," you can only kill her/it with phazon.
