Answer: Cpt. Price

Lt. Volker was killed in this game, but he was killed by falling out of a helicopter, just days before the reign began.

Gaz was killed personally by Zakhaev, and Price came close, but "Soap" took Zakhaev out.
5. What were the last words of "Modern Warfare 2"?

Answer: "Da- I know a place" --- Nikolai

Nikolai said this while he and Price were dragging Soap towards his helicopter, because he was deeply injured after killing Shepherd.
MacMillan was from the first game, along with Kamarov.
Shepherd never said this in either game.
6. What was Joseph Allen's nickname for ongoing on a secret operation to massacre civilians at an airport alongside Makrov?

Answer: Alexei Borodin

Dimitri Petrov was a tank driver in "Call of Duty: Finest Hour".

The president of Saudi Arabia was Yasir Al-Fulani, and was killed by Khaled Al'Asad in 2011.
8. What are the two flashback missions called in "Modern Warfare", when you play as Captain Price?

Answer: "All Ghillied Up" and "One Shot, One Kill"

"All Gillied Up" involved MacMillan and Price sneaking up on Imran Zakhaev to snipe him, while the latter involves taking the shot at Zakahev, and then trying to escape the many soldiers under his command.
"Shock And Awe" involved Khaled Al-Asad's nuclear bomb going off and killing many soldiers, while "Aftermath" involved the player having to escape the downed helicopter, and crawling through the burned city before dying.
"Crew Expendable" was the second mission of "Modern Warfare". It involved the team assaulting a cargoship, while trying to find a nuclear device. "The Coup" involved Yasir Al-Fulani being assassinated.
"Loose Ends" involved Task Force 141 to receive Vladimir Makarov's DSM from his safehouse, and to bring it to Shepherd. Unfortunately, Shepherd steals the DSM, and shoots "Ghost" at point blank range, and burning "Roach" alive. "Game Over" was the last level of "Modern Warfare", where Zakhaev was killed by "Soap" MacTavish.
9. In what level did Vladimir Makarov terrorize a Russian airport?

Answer: No Russian

It is called "No Russian" because he wants to leave "No Russian" standing, when he's done.
"The Gulag" involved freeing Prisoner 267 (Captain Price) from a Russian prison.
"The Only Easy Day...Was Yesterday" involved freeing civilians off of an enemy oil rig. It is also the motto for the US Navy SEAL's.
"Wolverines!" involved freeing the president from Russian invaders in Virginia.
10. How was Viktor Zakhaev killed?

Answer: He shot himself

He shot himself with an M1911 on the roof of a building. However, Gaz attempted to shoot him, and he did crash his car into a tower, but he wasn't killed.
