Going from games 6-13 along with spinoffs, as of yet there's not been a water-based game. The most water-based the games got was fighting Nitori in "Mountain of Faith"!

2. Aya's first appearance was in "Mountain of Faith", wasn't it?

Answer: No, it was "Phantasmagoria Flower View"

No, it wasn't, contrary to certain beliefs! Her first appearance was in "Phantasmagoria Flower View", and actually, her dialogue in the tenth game reflects this. The fifth stage midboss was Sanae herself, and "Shoot the Bullet" came after "Phantasmagoria Flower View".

3. How many of the games are weather-related (up to "Ten Desires")?

Answer: Three

"Embodiment of Scarlet Devil" was related to weather in that a scarlet mist had been summoned to block out the sun. "Perfect Cherry Blossom" was in that the prolonged winter was suspicious. "Scarlet Weather Rhapsody"... the clue is in the title (it's also the first of the fighters to incorporate a weather system to affect the character's powers).
