1. What is the name of the Prologue?

Answer: A Plea From the Stars

It says Prologue- A Plea From the Stars. It has a picture of all of the Star Spirits hovering over Mario. Check them out now to see what they look like before you begin saving them. Starting with Eldstar, the elderly looking one in the dead center in the front, you save them in a counterclockwise motion.

2. What does Bowser say after you attempt to hit him the first time you battle him?

Answer: "You'd better start taking your vitamins!"

He says that because he is souped up on the Star Rod, and your attack doesn't phase him. He does like Peach but he wouldn't admit that yet. Also, Bowser's attack power is increased due to the Star Rod. Bowser will make quick work of you after he tells you to start taking a regular dose of vitamins.

3. Who is the kind Goomba that finds you laying on the forest after Bowser defeats you?

Answer: Goombaria

She finds you laying there and runs off calling for Goompapa and Goombario; they're her brother and father. Then the Star Spirits appear and help you a bit. You soon meet Goombaria's family, and the Toad who lets you rest in the Toad House.

Kammy flies up to the gate to look at Mario. Goombaria asks what the weird thing in the sky is. That makes Kammy mad and she smashes the gate with a yellow block. You'll have to go get the hammer from Goompa to smash it.

Answer: The vibration from Kammy's block

Yes when Kammy dropped the block, the vibrations caused the vernanda to collapse. Goompa is sitting at the bottom waiting for you. He gets all steamed because he was working on the vernanda all morning. Then Goompa discovers he seems to have lost his hammer.

6. After you find the Hammer, what can you find in a tree in the area you found the hammer?

Answer: A Princess Peach Doll

If you pick it up then you can give it to Goombaria later. She'll reward you with a star piece and a kiss. Check out all the other trees and bushes for some small coins.

Answer: Jr. Troopa

After he beats up Goompa, he challenges you. His laughable full power increases his attack by one. After defeating him he runs of to learn some new tricks. This isn't going to be the first time you see the egghead.

Answer: The Power Jump Badge

He then offers to teach you how to equip badges. After that he gives you your Hammer. Go over to the gate and smash the yellow block to open the road to Toad Town.

The first one had a Goomba on it, The second one had a mushroom posted, and the third one looked like a mushroom but it turned into a Goomba. They all read some boring information like "Eat mushrooms to restore your health".

Answer: Goomnut Tree

When you hit the Goomnut Tree a Goomnut falls and takes 3 HP off of the Goomba King and the Goomba Bros. The Goomba Bros. only have 3 HP so the tree is a big help. After you beat the crap out of them they retreat to the castle. Shake some bushes until you find the switch that destroys the castle. As Mario walks off he is blissfully unaware he is being surveyed by hostile eyes.
