Answer: Snow globe

When Curtis notices the snow globe in his therapist's office, it reminds him of the time his mother threw a snow globe at him. Curtis says that he thinks all the tiny pieces in the snow globe must have represented what his mother's mind looked like.

Answer: She committed suicide

As a boy, Curtis saw his mother hang herself from her ceiling fan. Curtis keeps having hallucinations that tell him that he drove his mother to insanity and then to suicide.

Answer: "Isn't it obvious? You're a psycho killer!"

This is one of many hallucinations Curtis has throughout the game. The source of the hallucinations is revealed later in the game.

Answer: Therese

In chapter 2, you quickly learn that Therese is the toughest person in the office. She was less affected by Bob's murder than Trevor, Tom, or Jocilyn. Therese praised Curtis for handling the murder well, and invites him to a club. Curtis had a girlfriend, but on this day, Therese was nicer to Curtis than Jocilyn was, so Curtis felt like hanging out with Therese. When he gets to the club, he learns that it's an S & M club and Therese is a dominatrix. Curtis isn't sure how he feels about it since he's never been to the place before, but he does everything Therese tells him. He drinks an alcoholic beverage of some sort, gets his navel pierced, and has sex with Therese in the bathroom.

Cheating on people is a thing in "Phantasmagoria" games. In these games, however, cheating is as justifiable as it will ever be, since Marie's husband was a murderer and Curtis's and Jocilyn's relationship was an open one.

Answer: Adrienne

Curtis gets a letter from a book publisher talking about Adrienne Delaney's newest book "Coping With Loss." Curtis simply responds by saying "She's pretty." This is the only reference to "Phantasmagoria 1" in this game aside from Harriet's actress returning. Coping with loss is certainly something Adrienne had to do after the events of that game.

Answer: Paul

Curtis walks into work to hear the cop berating his boss for destroying evidence. He hears the conversation when he walks in. He hears more of it from Paul's office door. Curtis walks away from Paul's office door quietly saying "Rip him a new one detective. I hope she locks him up with Hannibal Lecter."

Answer: Hell

Curtis gets a letter from Hell, literally. Hell offers him a job in the field of murder, saying that he could be the next Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer, or even a Hitler or Stalin. This is one of many e-mails Curtis gets that's a hallucination. Curtis also gets hallucination e-mails from his father, his mother, and himself.

Answer: Three

Curtis can reply to e-mails from Trevor, Jocilyn, or Therese. He can offer a straight reply, a funny reply, or a sarcastic reply. These people will always reply to his replies. Their replies vary depending on how you reply. This has no significant impact on the game.

Answer: His father

Curtis's father, Jonas, hid a letter in a toolbox behind a small locked door in the network room, hoping that Curtis would eventually find it (I guess his father didn't want anyone else to find it, but what were the odds that Curtis would find it?). Jonas says that he was deeply involved with the Threshold project.

Initially, he was excited about it. But then, he learned that Paul Warner intended to use it for bad things. Jonas got in a huge fight with Paul over this project. Paul then said "You're a dead man, Craig!" Jonas knew that Paul meant it, and he turned out to be right. Jonas decided to stay at Wyntech because they promised his son the best schooling and health care possible.

But Jonas believes that when Curtis finds the letter, he'll be an adult, or nearly one (presumably because he'll be in school for his whole childhood). That turned out to be true; Curtis is 26 in the game.

The letter says "The Threshold project is not in itself a n evil thing, but is long as it is in the hands of Paul Warner and Wyntech, nothing good will come of it." The letter tells Curtis to get far away from Wyntech and forget about them and his father. Curtis shows the letter to his therapist asking if she thinks a crazy person wrote it.

The therapist says that it seems perfectly rational to her.

Answer: Back in the asylum

Curtis goes near the door to Paul's office and hears Paul and Tom screaming at each other. The argument concludes with Paul saying "You're a dead man, Ravell!" Curtis knows he's not kidding, since he heard Paul say "You're a dead man Craig!" to his father and his father really did become a dead man shortly thereafter. Curtis passes out and fantasizes he's back in the asylum, where he sees characters played by actors such as V. Joy Lee (Harriet in "Phantasmagoria 1"), Lorelei Shannon (the designer of "Phantasmagoria 2") and Andy Hoyos (the director of "Phantasmagoria 2"). Curtis creates a distraction and escapes. Curtis's friends find him passed out on the ground. He eventually wakes up. Unfortunately, he never tells anyone what he heard. Tom then sends everyone home (good move). He says to Curtis "You were terrible Curtis. Go home at get some sleep." Why Tom says that Curtis is the terrible one when he was just fighting with Paul Warner and then told he was a dead man by Paul Warner is a mystery. It seems both Tom and Curtis knew who the terrible one was, but both were afraid to admit it so close to his office.

After sending all his employees home, Tom write a letter to upper management condemning Paul Warner. Unfortunately, just before he can send it, Tom gets murdered.

Answer: Killed Bob

Curtis tells the therapist that he didn't remember killing Bob, but he hated him enough that he wanted to. The therapist says that it's highly unlike because homicidal blackout are rare. The therapist then asks Curtis if he really thinks he could do something like that. Curtis replies "Maybe."

Curtis also admits that he had sex with Therese even though he had a girlfriend Jocilyn, but says he didn't betray her because they agreed that it was an open relationship.

Answer: Electrocution

Curtis's mother electrocuted him, threw a snow globe at him, attempted to cut his skin open, and dressed him up like a girl. Curtis's father tried to protect him, but not hard enough.

Answer: He's delusional, possibly paranoid, with a potential for violence

Curtis admitting that he may have killed Bob, along with admitting that he might be able to do such a thing, doesn't make him look good to the therapist. Curtis telling the therapist that the threshold project is back in full swing without showing her any evidence doesn't help either.

Answer: Therese

How Therese knew where Curtis lived or how she broke into his home is never revealed. Once there, she chains Curtis to the ceiling and she whips him several times and they have Dominatrix sex.

Answer: His father

When Therese kisses him, he fantasizes that the ghost of his father is next to him in the bed trying to kiss him as well. According to Paul Morgan Stetler (Curtis's actor), this was an awkward scene to film because Todd Licea (Curtis's father) and Ragna Sigrun (Therese) were husband and wife in real life. Ragna Sigrun had to role-play sex with another man right in front of her husband.
