1. Where do you first meet the starter pokemon?

Answer: Lake Verity

You and your friend/rival visit Lake Verity in search of the Red Gyarados. Instead you find Professor Rowan and Dawn/Lucas. They go away but they leave their briefcase behind. You two go up to it and then are attacked by wild starly. You choose your starter and then battle. Later, Professor Rowan allows you to keep them and gives you a pokedex.

2. Who gives you advice through out the game?

Answer: Lucas/Dawn

You first meet Lucas/Dawn at lake Verity, when he/she is talking to Professor Rowan. You then formally meet him/her at Professor Rowan's lab. Throughout the game he/she assists you. For example, he/she tells you how to catch a Pokemon.

3. Who was the first Gym Leader?

Answer: Roark

You first try to go to the gym in Oreburg City, but Roark is not there. You must firnd him in the mines in order to battle him.

4. Which of these types is not in a gym?

Answer: Flying

Roark, the first gym leader, is a Rock trainer. Crasher Wake, the fourth gym leader, is a Water trainer. Fatima, the fifth gym leader, is a Ghost trainer. There is no Flying gym.

5. Who are the three legendaries you find at the three lakes?

Answer: Mesprit, Azelf, Uxie

Once you have beaten the Pokemon League, you go to each of the three lakes (Lake Verity, Valor, and Acuity) and go to the middle "platform" in the middle of each lake. Enter the cave and one of the legendaries will be there. Walk up to it and press A. Then the battle will begin.

Answer: Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Cyrus

Team galactic is in Sinnoh. N is in Unova.

Answer: Eterna City

A man is having trouble with team Galactic. Defeat the Grunts and then the man will (in gratitude) give you a bike from his shop.

8. What are the types of pokemon the Elite Four use in battle, in order?

Answer: Bug, Ground, Fire, Psychic

Bug, Fire, Ground, Ghost mixed up Ground and Fire, and replaced Psychic with Ghost. Fighting, Psychic, Dark, Ghost is the Unova Elite Four.

9. Where do young trainers go to learn more about pokemon?

Answer: Trainer's School

That is where you deliver the parcel to your friend, and also where you receive your Town Map. If you go there later in your adventure, you can find young trainers to battle.

10. What do the three coupons earn you at Jublife City?

Answer: Poketch

A man asks you if you would like to take part in a "game". if you say yes, then you must go and find 3 Clowns. They will ask you a question. If you answer correctly, then they will give you a coupon. Turn in all 3 coupons to the man and he will give you a Poketch.
