Answer: Taverley

Taverley was a members only area until March 4th, 2013. You can see Taverley somewhere near Goblin Village. One way to get there is by using the hot air balloon transportation system.

2. How much prayer experience do you get for burying a regular bone?

Answer: 4.5

Sometimes you get 4 points and sometimes you get 5 points when burying a regular bone. The regular bone gives 4.5 Prayer XP. Bones are obtained by most of the hostiles.

3. How many black marks result in a permanent ban or mute?

Answer: 10

Black marks are achieved by having bad behavior. 10 black marks is in the red zone of your "RuneScape" account.

4. What is the highest level regular imp you can see in the free version of the game?

Answer: 2

Imps spawn around in a lot of places. There is a revenant type of imp also which is level 7 that travels in the wilderness.

5. How much runecrafting guild tokens do you need in order to purchase a talisman staff?

Answer: 10000

The talisman staff is sold by Wizard Elriss. You need to enter a runecrafting altar and have a talisman and the talisman staff in order to create a certain type of element or catalytic on it. It saves an extra inventory slot for entering the mysterious ruins and provides an unlimited amount of the type of element it has.

Answer: goblin mail

The goblin mail has the wear option but you still cannot wear it because it is not designed for humans. They can by dyed into different colors other than brown.

7. What prayer level is required to use Turmoil?

Answer: 95

Turmoil is a curse that increases attack and defense by 15% + 15% of enemy's level, and strength by 23% + 10% of enemy's level. It is found in the curse book instead of the prayer book. The curse book becomes available after The Temple at Senntisten quest. It requires level 95 prayer to use.

8. What prayer level do you need in order to bless someone else's gravestone?

Answer: 70

Blessing a player's gravestone makes it stand up for another hour. It can take as much prayer points when blessing a gravestone.

9. What is the lowest level you can have for your skill stats by default?

Answer: 1

There's still 1 level before it that can be obtained temporarily. That is level 0. When eating or drinking certain items skills can be reduced to level 0.

10. What is the name of Jatizso's neighboring island?

Answer: Neitiznot

Jatizso and Neitiznot live next to each other. They have a shouting match against each other overseas. However they are not completely separated from each other because the snowy part of the Fremennik Isles and bridges connects them to each other. Both islands are accessible by boat.
