1. In the first level, Westopolis, how many Chaos Emeralds do you find?

Answer: Two

Just after meeting Sonic, there will be a box which will open after all of the aliens in the area are defeated. The other is inside the goal ring.

2. Which character is in the level "Mad Matrix"?

Answer: Espio

Vector and Charmy are outside the portal that you and Espio first jumped into to reach the "Mad Matrix". Rouge is in a similar level in the Dark side of the game.

3. What does Shadow always say after you have beaten the final boss on one of the six final levels?

Answer: Finally... I've got ALL the Chaos Emeralds!

No matter what path you take or how many Dark or Hero missions you do, he always says this. The final bosses can either be Black Doom, Egg Dealer or Sonic & Diablon.

4. How many "Chaos" moves are there?

Answer: Three

These are Chaos Blast, Chaos Control and Chaos Spear. Chaos Blast is used by filling the red gage, by killing a few G.U.N. soldiers. Chaos Control is done by filling the blue gage, by killing some aliens or some Artificial Chaos. Chaos Spear is used while Super Shadow is enabled. What type of gage destroying Eggman's robots will fill up depends on what forces are in the level (eg: If there were G.U.N. troops and Eggman's robots, Eggman's robots would fill the blue gage, but if it were the Black Arms and Eggman's robots, the robots would fill up the red gage).

5. Is Mighty the Armadillo in the game?

Answer: No

He hasn't been seen since "Knuckles Chaotix". This was also the first game that included Vector, Charmy and Espio.

6. Each level has three different paths to take.

Answer: False

On the last six levels and pure Hero or pure Dark Missions, there are only two different ways to take. Not all of them are just Hero/Dark paths either, there are some Normal/Hero and Normal/Dark missions.

7. How many times do you see Black Bull?

Answer: Two

The first time is with Sonic in Lethal Highway, where it shoots little bird creatures out of his mouth. The second time is in Death Ruins with Rouge, where he stands still, and a rail is around it.

8. Are all the characters from "Sonic Heroes" in the game?

Answer: No

The only one that isn't in the game is Big the Cat. Cream and Cheese are also in the game; they are hidden in the Cryptic Castle with Amy.

9. What level does Charmy the Bee follow you around in?

Answer: Prison Island

In the Prison Island level, Charmy is looking for five top secret disks that Vector had issued him to find. Apart from that, Charmy is only seen before the Mad Matrix level and before you fight Devil Doom.

10. In the Final Story, when Black Doom steals the Chaos Emeralds, what does he turn into?

Answer: Devil Doom

This is the fight where you are able to use Chaos Spear, which is also able to charge up. You can beat this huge beast by attacking Doom's Eye which will keep switching between the two heads of Devil Doom.
