The Tales Trio can use hourglass(es) during the fight between your party and theirs. This can only happen in the Mania mode. Usually, Garr, the bow and arrow person will use it. The time period of the hourglass will be about 2-3 seconds.

Sliver is a rare monster found in the outskirts of Flanoir. It is encountered by running into the larger enemies. It is number 132 in the Monster List.

The Starfish is the only that drops a Magic Lens. You can find it in the Thoda Geyser. It is aquatic so it is very vulnerable to lightning-based attacks. It seems strange that out of the 251 total monsters, only a few drop Magic Lens.

Answer: Gentleman, Mermaid

Gentleman will look like a clay golem from the Temple of Earth except it has a suit on. The Mermaid will be found on the shore. Like the Sliver, both will be encountered in largely shaped enemies.

8. Yuan has an attack of 900. Which of these monsters have the exact same attack stat?

Answer: Cybit

Though Yuan might seem to attack with an incredible attack power during your fight with him, his attack stat is only a measly 900. The Cybit was the only thing that matched the question properly but it is only one of the two monsters that have the same attack stat. The other monster is the Guard Arm from the Toize Valley Mine.

9. The Judged, The Neglected, and The Fugitive all have the same strength attributes.

Answer: False

They are all strong against Light and Darkness. The Judged is also strong against Wind and Earth, The Neglected is strong against Fire and Ice, and The Fugitive is strong against Water and Lightning. You have the option of battling these monsters after the rescue of your friends.

Orcrot is actually the only monster that drops the Red Bellebane. It is found in the Ymir Forest and looks like a Pink Torent. This monster is usually found in groups of one or two and along its side, there are usually Storm Claws and Killer Bees.

12. The Living Armor is a powerful monster that is on the 18th floor of the Forbidden Anemnesis. Which one of these is one of its true strength attribute?

The Living Armor can be fought after you have gotten the Sacred Stone at Vinheim. Oddly, like Seles, it uses a lot of Earth-based attacks but it's not one of its strength attributes.

The Doom Guard can be found in the purple planet, Derris Kharlan. It has an attribute of darkness and drops Black Quartz. It will be tough to defeat for many low leveled parties.

The Living Doll is a magical item. This question could have been answered by process of elimination. The other choices aren't really much of a characterization in the Monster List.

Energy Stones are annoying little robotic gems that assist Kvar in his battle. Strangely, the Energy Stone is strong against all elements though it only uses lightning-based attacks.

16. It is possible to beat Vidarr without the aid of Kratos.

Answer: True

Doing this glitch requires the completion of the game and starting a new one with all the techs from the old one. To do it, go into the fight with Vidarr and have Genis use an expert skill before 10 seconds into the fight. Then, the fight will continue but Kratos still gets the credit for showing up.

17. What is an ogre characterized as?

Answer: Human

The Ogre is in fact a human. Though it looks like a beast, it is characterized as a human because of some human traits it posesses. This question could've also been answered by using the process of elimniation. If that happened, the two choices should have been Beast and Human.

18. Finish this sentence. "I was venturing the Temple of Darkness when a ___________ Knight attacked me!"

Answer: Pharaoh

The Pharaoh Knight can be found in the Temple of Darkness and it drops 2 useful items. It isn't very hard to defeat and if you're lucky it might drop a Miracle Bottle or an Anti-Magic Bottle.

19. Harpy can be found at the Balacruf Mausoleum. Where can Feather Magic be found?

Answer: Temple of Ice

Feather Magic is a bird-like creature in the Temple of Ice. It uses Air Blade and is very annoying if you want to juggle the Ice Warrior. If you happen to come across this monster during a battle, you might want to kill it first.

Answer: Fire
