Apart from Ruby Light which casts Reflect, Carbuncle can use different attacks depending on what add-on you have equipped to Eiko. They are Emerald Light (Emerald equipped), which casts Haste, Diamond Light (Diamond equipped), which casts Vanish, and Pearl Light (Moonstone equipped) which casts Shell.

Usually when an Eidolon's full animation is shown, it causes more damage to the enemy, but because Carbuncle doesn't inflict any damage, it casts Protect instead. This is useful in combination with Pearl Light, which casts Shell on all allies.

They are Odin, which is used to destroy Cleyra, Atomos, used to destroy Lindblum, and Bahamut, used to attack Kuja at the Iifa Tree. These are extracted from Dagger in Alexandria by Zorn and Thorn.

Atomos' attack is actually called G Force 199. Atomos is learned from Amethyst, and is used by Brahne to destroy Lindblum. Atomos deals damage to the enemies depending on the enemies' Max HP.

Opal, Topaz and Amethyst teach Dagger Shiva, Ifrit and Atomos respectively. She learns Bahamut from Garnet, which she gets from Zidane (although it is from Beatrix) when she runs away from Lindblum to her mother's grave.

Millennial Decay deals Wind damage to all enemies, whereas Fenrir's other attack, Terrestrial Rage, deals Earth damage. Fenrir is learned from Sapphire, which Eiko comes equipped with.

The people of Madain Sari sealed Leviathan at the bottom of the Iifa Tree because it was too strong. They then used Carbuncle to create a seal around the Iifa Tree. Dagger hoped to use Leviathan to save Brahne, but couldn't as Leviathan attacks with a huge tidal wave, and Brahne was in a boat.

Answer: Ancient Aroma

You obtain the Ancient Aroma by carrying the pots in an anti-clockwise motion in the Sword Room. You can only enter the Sword Room after you have defeated Taharkra at the top of the castle.

Answer: Garnet

Beatrix gives Zidane the Garnet to give to Dagger when she runs away to her mother's grave. After she gets the Garnet, she borrows Zidane's dagger and cuts her hair.

Answer: Terra Homing

Madeen is learned from Ribbon, which you get from Mog in Mount Gulug when she reveals that she is actually an Eidolon. Zorn and Thorn try to extract Eidolons from Eiko, but she is too young, and Mog protects her anyway.

Answer: Eternal Darkness

Ark is learned from Pumice, which can be synthesised from two Pumice Pieces by Hades. Ultimate End is actually the attack used by Knights of the Round in 'Final Fantasy VII', and Shadow Flare is an Enemy Skill from the same game. Eternal Breath is Eden's attack in 'Final Fantasy VIII'.

They are; Emerald (teaches you Haste, White Draw, MP+10%), Moonstone (Shell, Beast Killer), Diamond (Body Temp, Distract) and Lapis Lazuli (Abilty Up, Accuracy+). All the other eight teach you Eidolons.

Although all the summoners from Madain Sari were killed, Dagger is part of the Summoner's Tribe. When she fled from Madain Sari with her real mother, she ended up in Alexandria. Queen Brahne and the King had just lost a daughter called Garnet. Dagger looked just like her, except that she had a horn, so they decided to raise her as Garnet, and removed her horn, but she still kept the ability to summon Eidolons.

Answer: Sarah and Jane

To find this out, you need to go to Lani at Eiko's house, but she runs away. Then return with a party that does NOT contain either Dagger or Amarant. Then she will tell you her story and that she discovered something. If you then go to the Eidolon Wall and walk counter-clockwise round it, you will hear a bell.

When you do, turn around and walk the other way, until you hear another bell. Keep doing this until your HP/MP are restored. You can then read more writing on the wall, including one piece which is from Dagger's father, leaving a message for Sarah and Jane.
