For the first two games Hammerheads' special was activated by just ramming into the opponent. The special changed in "Twisted Metal 3".

2. In "Twisted Metal Black" what is the name of the person who drives the car called Shadow?

Answer: Raven

Mortimer was the driver of Shadow in "Twisted Metal 2". Kelly was raven's friend who she is competing for in "Twisted Metal Black". And Grimm is the person on the motorcycle.

3. In "Twisted Metal 3" what was the name of the construction vehicle?

Answer: Auger

Mr. Slam was in "Twisted Metal 2" while Auger wasn't. Auger was in "Twisted Metal 3", while Mr. Slam wasn't. They were both in "Twisted Metal 4" as bosses on the oil rig.
