Answer: Barcelona

The culturally minded will find great architecture in Barcelona. There is the Barrio Gotico with the Plaça del Rey, the Cathedral. The carrer Montcada with its noble palaces. The Font Magica near Plaça d' Espanya. And of course Gaudi's Sagrada Familia church. Great paintings can be seen at the Museo Picasso and the Fundacion Joan Miro.

Cambridge has Bridge St;King's Parade; St Andrew St; Sidney St;Trinity St and is on the River Cam. It's famous for the 'Backs'.

The Via Appia was built in 312 BC by the censor Appius CLaudius Caecus to Capua.It was prolonged to Venusia in 291, then to Tarentum (281) and finally to Brundusium (in 264).
The part inside to Rome and near to the city walls was flanked with tombs and columbaria.

The Fosse Way runs from Exeter ( Isca Dumnoniorum) NE past Bath (Aquae Sulis), Cirencester (Corinium Dobunnorum) and Leicester ( Ratae Coritanorum) to Lincoln (Lindum).
Watling Street goes from London via Leicester to Wroxeter. The principal town which it passes through is Verulamium, now St. Albans.

Answer: Winchester

Winchester (Roman name: Venta Belgarum) was King Alfred's capital.The town is famous for its cathedral, its Great Hall (only surviving part of Winchester Castle) and for its College, which is believed to be the oldest continuously running school in the country.
The Pilgrim's Way is some 130 miles long.
