Answer: Tokyo

The only difference is that the circle on the flag of Bangladesh is slightly skewed to the left, whereas the circle on the Japanese flag is centered.

The red circle on the Japanese flag represents the sun. Well Japan is "The Land of the Rising Sun," so why shouldn't its flag contain a sun?

Blue is Iceland's national color. The Red and White refers to Denmark, which once ruled Iceland.
