Whats the Deal with Eminem?

I can't believe he's only performed once in the last 4 years?? I like his music and I'd love to see him live but his next performance is going to be at this Voodoo festival in New Orleans that I have never heard of until just recently. Does anyone know if its going to be on Tv? I would love to see him if this is his only performance this year. Or is he just messing with us and hes really gonna perform again this year? anyone know whats up with him or this show?
