Whenever I decide to play a timed trivia game this problem keeps coming up and I can't figure out how to fix it. It always happens right after I start a timed trivia game when I click the box indicating my choice for the first question and the page with my quiz disappears and is replaced by the Screensaver page. It takes me a few clicks to get back to the page where I was answering the questions. It is very frustrating as I only have a dialup connection and hate "losing" those valuable seconds. Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? It doesn't seem to happen anywhere else.

Does no one know why I keep getting these annoying pop-ups when I click the answer box for the first question on a trivia quiz? I am now getting another pop up called Cursor Mania sometimes instead of the Screensaver one and I don't want that one either. This is the only web site where it seems to happen.

Since nobody else has come forward and said 'me too', it wouldn't appear to be anything to do with FunTrivia. Have you scanned your computer for malware lately? It might be an idea to do that if you didn't actually invite or install Cursor Mania on your computer.

I don't know for sure, but it could be that you are getting pop-ups because you are a regular member. Paid members don't get pop-ups.

I remember these pop-ups. But only got one a day on the first quiz I took. So, for example, if you played an untimed quiz first (like the Monster quiz) it would be out of the way and wouldn't effect the timed games. If you are getting more than that, I'd suggest a malware scan as telly noted above.
