I love making lists, so I love that site. I had been neglecting it for a while, so I needed to get back to it.

Those you head to from the front-page, really could be a bit larger. And this is why...

I'm slightly light and photo sensitive, has a bad eye-sight (been wearing glasses since I was 2 years old), so I'm not really fond of overly flashing things, the brightness of any lights or the sun and things in small writings and fonts. I also suffer from an inherited eye-disease, that I got from my grand-mother, so this also contributes to my bad eye sight...

I just failed a question, because even if I knew the right answer, I couldn't really separate the mass of questions, namely because it is too small. If I hadn't, I would have answered all questions correctly.

I could enlarge it, via my browser, but that would make all other font huge-mongous. Meaning I'd have to scale it down again, after finishing such a quiz.

I'm a tad annoyed.... So for no one to miss this, the black bolded (Verdana) font is in size 3 and the blue bolded (Comic) font is in size 5.

Just tends to be pure luck and pure guess-work at times.

I mean, if the question is about a Russian person (I know nothing about) and there's only one Russian name or person, amongst some other names or persons, then I always pick that one. It is a hazard, but it almost always works out and I tend to get the best result.

It is a bit on the cheating site, but I always commit the correct answers (if I have any questions wrong) to memory, so I can do a quiz next time without that pure-luck and guess-work.

Meaning, that I don't feel like I am cheating, since I tend to want to be real about it.

So how well am I doing now? Well, fairly great having only been her for barely a month. I am a bit surprised over myself and my prowess here.

- I'm now a Level 20.

- Got 2 Small Challenges and 5 Major Challenges badges.

- I started to play the Global Challenge and went from Newbies to The Graduates.

- I try to play a Monster Quiz every day.

And I hope that I do well for my team The Flakes.

...That while I am fast on my (mouse) clicking finger, I'm not nearly as fast when reading in English. At least no so fast that I both read and understand the questions on this site.

They can be so convoluted, filled with big long almost incomprehensible words and long that I need to read the question a few times, before I can finally understand them.

So when I've finally done the quiz, a lot of time has gone by, so I'm still far down the list on the score board.

It is scary how fast some people are with the reading and the clicking.

Hates being a foreigner on this site when that happens. Else there's nothing to complain about.

I should take a day off, so I can recharge that brain of mine, now it hasn't had a break here since I joined this site.

EDIT: I couldn't even do well for my team "The Flakes" today. So what does that say about my brain today? Not much I'm afraid...

I think this blog should be just about how I'm doing, on each particular day, where quizzing and stuff are concerned. I've got a LiveJournal and that's enough, since I can't even do an entry there every day. My life's just not that interesting.
