Chops


"Chops" is the debut solo album from Gorkys Zygotic Mynci frontman Euros Childs, and it's a real gem. Coming in at just over 33 minutes long it's a short but sweet affair. The standout tracks are the fantastic "Dawnsio dros y mor", "Costa Rita", "Hi mewn socasau" and "First time I saw you". Not too keen on the album cover though, a bit too meaty for my liking.
If you happen to catch him on tour you won't be disappointed, I saw him at the Cube in Bristol last night with support from the wonderful Alun Tan Lan, and it was a fantastic evening indeed.

Who turned the lights out?

Come in number 12, your time is up.
Could you please grab the Mallard on the way back, his little legs are tired and he needs some assistance to get back to shore. Be careful not to squeeze him, he has a short temper and doesn't take kindly to being manhandled, and he will have your eyes out if you're not careful. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Hello nurse!

Why aren't mint Club biscuits made with plain chocolate anymore, when I was a lad I used to enjoy one with my school lunch, but nowadays they have replaced the plain chocolate with milk which is very wrong indeed. While I'm on the subject, I was also wondering if they make Trios anymore?
