The Challenge:
| | The largest game on FunTrivia.com is the Global Challenge, drawing over 20,000 participants every time it takes place.
While winning this tournament requires that you pretty much play from the start (it usually starts three times a year), you can enter any time and see how far you can get.
How to play:
Twice every day, you get to choose five topics out of the eighteen offered. In each of these topics, you are asked fifteen questions and the number of correct answers and the time taken will determine your advancement. In addition, with each such set, you can play "Impossible", a collection of the hardest trivia questions we could find and once per day, you can tackle a Brain Twist - a puzzle based more in intelligence than on pure knowledge for bonus points.
All of these will grant you advancement points. Amass enough advancement points, and we will promote you to the next division. There, you get harder questions and you will be ranked against new opponents - those who also made it there. At the beginning, advancement is fast - you have a good chance of making it to Division 2 on your first day if you play both sets and Division 3 should not take you more than three to five days.
The ultimate goal of the Global Challenge is to make it to the "Immortal" level - the 10th division. This takes about 4 months of play and the tournament ends when 30 players who have not yet managed this achievement get there. But this is a very hard task, so we will ask you something much easier:
Play the Global Challenge (you don't need to register, just play your favorite subjects) until you get to Division 3: The Bright Bulbs. Then, come back and claim your award.
