Give yourself a moisturizing facial with Quaker Oats:

Make a paste from Quaker Oats, lemon juice, and honey. Apply to face, let sit for ten minutes, then rinse with warm water.

oH Enigma! I SUPPOSE if your face were really clean, then that would be alright! I just thought I'd say that there is NO such thing as a coincidence. There may be fate or luck, but coincidences are not possible, I believe. And if more people, such as the government or the police would also believe this, many crimes, problems, or similar incidences would be solved much quicker and easier. But that is just my opinion!

I'm lost on this one.

What has this to do with facemasks? Am I missing something here?

Is this an existential conversation, or are we still discussing porridge - based beauty tips?

Or was it: the fact that you can make a face-thingy out of oats not coincidence?

Am I reading too much into this? Am I making any sense?

My head hurts...

Well Super Furry, you're a Scot, guess mum was right about porridge being the breakfast of champions, but as to the facial of champions? My mother used to make the best oatmeal, but we didn't put it on our faces.

Here's a bit of a tangent then folks, but not on the order of the previous one: if you look at one of the most popular remedies in many pharamaceutical firms for itching due to chicken pox, it is "Aveena", avoine = oatmeal. You take a bath in this stuff and you'll feel much better.

It's not exactly going to wash away your sins though.
Just the itch. It's no coincidence either.

Grinding the oatmeal to a more coarse state makes a good facial exfoliator, too. Use it as a facial scrub as well as the leave-on mask that GH mentioned. Adding the honey to this mixture is a good idea, too. Honey has antibacterial properties.

As for that tangent that appeared in the middle of this thread, I'm as lost as the rest of you! What the heck was that?!
