I'm gonna guess Dan Reeves - four as a coach and one as a player - total of

How about John Madden? He's announced quite a few.

Did a little research. Don Shula has been in six Super Bowls as a head coach, Dan Reeves has been there eight times as a player, assistant and head coach.
