How about Moses Malone? Came right out of high school into the NBA.

Moses Malone did come right out of high school, but he went and played a couple of years in the ABA.
I'm not 100% sure but I think it might be Jermaine O'Neal..

Daryl Dawkins
Shawn Kemp
Kevin Garnett
Kobe Bryant

All went directly to the NBA from high school.

If I were to guess, I'd say Garnett was the youngest.

A brilliant scorer, rebounder and shotblocker at the high school level in Columbia, South Carolina, Jermaine O'Neal passed up college and jumped directly to the NBA. Drafted on the first round in 1996 by the Portland Trail Blazers, he became the youngest player in NBA history when he made his league debut against the Denver Nuggets on Dec. 5, 1996 at the age of 18 years, 1 month and 22 days.
