All teams in each round of the FA Cup are drawn "out of a hat" one at a time (der)first at home v. second team away, third at home v. fourth away, and so on. In what has been described as a remarkable coincidence, in three successive years these two teams were drawn against each other in the third round (there are 64 teams left in the 3rd round), all three games were played on the same home ground, all were won by the same team, and the score in each game was identical. What are the years, the teams, the ground, the winner, and the score.

I'm fairly certain the games were in the mid-60s. On each occasion, Leeds beat Cardiff 2-1 at Ninian Park (Cardiff's home), although the third game was a replay
(the sides having drawn 3-3 at Elland Road).

Am I close?
