promotion and relegation pre Premier League
-A- name the first team to be promoted up to the second division, from the second to the first, win the League Championship, then get relegated from the first to the second, and then relegated down from the second (they may be the only team to have achieved this feat of prom +prom +championship +releg +releg).
-B- name the first team to rise from the Fourth Division all the way up to the First Division. They also hold the distinction of being the first team to be relegated from the First Division all the way down to the Fourth Division.
-C- name the first team to have the achieved the double drop, relegation in two successive seasons (this has probably been done many times since).
-D- the triple drop, relegation in three successive seasons from Division One to Division Four, has been done twice. Name the two teams.
-E- apart from successive winners of the League Championship name the two teams who have won successive titles (this could also be called the double rise).
