Who was the first rookie in the 20th Century to win 20 games in a season?

Roscoe Miller- Tigers- 23-13
Roy Patterson- White Sox- 20-16
Christy Mathewson- Giants- 20-17

Good job PD .. I don't know if there was any criteria back then for being a rookie but Mathewson pitched 33 innings in 1900.

The book I got this from stated Miller unless he notched his 20th before the others .. Good digging on your part PD!
