What was the name of the ballpark where the first World Series was decided in 1903? Bonus: what were the names of the two teams involved?

When Boston's Bill Dinneen shut out Pittsburgh 3-0 for his 3rd win of that initial World Series, the Series was clinched at Boston's Grounds with an attending "throng" of 16,242 !

It's not just "Boston's Grounds". The place had another name.
