Name the one player in Major League Baseball who had at least 100 hits in each of his first 20 seasons and he's the same player who holds the record for most games with the same team.

I've gotta go with Ty Cobb on this one! He played over 2800 games with the Tigers and from his 1st full year (1906) thru 1925 exceeded 100 hits per year !

You are correct CC!! The player is Carl Yastrzemski, and he had at least 100 hits every season from 1961 through 1980, breaking the streak when he could muster only 83 safeties in the strike-shortened 1981 season (he also had 100 in 1982 and '83, his last two seasons). Yaz played all 3308 of his games for the beloved Red Sox.
