Recently I came across this incredibly fast rendition of 'Funiculì, Funiculà' on Youtube ... - fast to the point of sheer craziness, but still good fun:

It's one of the very few cases that I've come across where a song sung in English has English subtitles on Youtube.

(Perhaps I should add that in this song the word gay is used in its pre-1960s sense of happy, carefree).
