What a great shot, Jill!

Speaking of Euphorbiae, as we were. I hope people are aware that many versions are toxic to animals and can be fatal.(Thought I should mention it)

My photo was temporarily scrambled when the forums upgraded, and Terry reset the code as it was breaking up the BB string and leaving the end bit out of the link.

Another of my garden series, these extend to the road with no pavements.

Haven't had the camera out much lately as it has just been grey, wet, muddy, not very interesting. However, took it on our walk yesterday - Susie with her new best friend Daisy

Looking through the photos from my North Island trip and it seems like there is a lot of water so to carry on with that theme....here is Lake Whakamaru, a man made hydroelectric lake formed in 1956 along the Waikato River system.

Wonderful photos everyone!

These poor geese aren't nearly as happy as Howie's oystercatchers. I imagine them thinking "We should have flown south!" as they walk along the ice of the frozen river.

Yes! That is Fulham Football Club Craven Cottage. (I am pretty sure, even though I have only been once!)

A belated Happy New Year everyone!

I've been trying to capture some action shots. Here's a pelican in flight over the Merimbula estuary in southern NSW during our recently completed summer holiday.

Got it in one Sara! Glad it went so easily as it's surprising how many locations in London are familiar worldwide whether or not anyone's lived there as well.

More of my views from Sunnyhill Park in Hendon, mainly depending on the lack of haze for their quality, this one was enhanced as it was getting dark and all the lights came on. You can see the M1 motorway and A41 as it goes north through Mill Hill and beyond.

We found this little park near our home. The path goes up to a big grassy area that would make a good field for a soccer game.

My neighbour gave me this lovely tin of biscuits for Christmas. You can imagine my shock when I opened it tonight to discover how meagre the contents were. When I examined the label it purported to contain 18 biscuits (there were only 17 as shown here). Why such a huge tin? You don't really need to answer that - it's a rhetorical question - I know perfectly well it is to fool people into thinking they are getting a lot more than they really are. It really takes the biscuit, so to speak (yes, I know, dreadful pun). It IS a disgustingly deceptive rip-off, isn't it?

Yes I am sure my neighbour bought it for the tin because he knows I love frangipanis. My front yard has six of them.

Satguru, do you ever stop to think how much London in particular has changed since you first starting photographing various locations?
