Ever since that bad fall that set me back a wweek in my exercise routine (nothing lots of rest couldn’t cure; no hospital stay required) I have been stretching and riding my bike regularly. That is, until this week starting on Thursday, when I felt so wiped out I thought it unsafe to try. I do have exercises I do sitting down, which I still did (legs and arms both). It was the standing exercises I felt uncomfortable doing; but as soon as I can be sure my balance is good enough, I will be right back at it.
