Who did Ike Williams box in his 1st professional bout?

Hint: Most record book have the wrong guy listed!

I'm getting Carmine Fatta, so that must be the wrong answer!

Carmine Fatta is a very good friend of mine and lives in Newburgh New York. I stated to me a long time ago that he never boxed Williams. I did some research and found out that he was right.
Fatta was boxing 8 rounders in New York when Williams 1st started out as a pro. The name of Williams 1st foe was Carmen Fotti (or it could be spelled Carmine Fiotti). In the last Ring Record Book they finally changed it.
I fixed that bout as well as thousands more for that record book.

Henry, I'll try and find something obscure, but I think I'll be struck by lightning and/or win powerball before that happens (btw, from downhere, I thought the Beaver Q was all right).

I would LOVE TOO, I'll check it out tomorrow because I have to get ready to go to Mickey Mantle's Rest., in New York. They are honoring several former world champions and they have invited me to be there. Just contact the person who runs this and tell him that I will help out.
