CnY is full of this theme always, so it inspired me to make this the new theme. One a week please. Whatever catches your eye in the blingy line!
I will start with some symbols of wealth

That's some big shoe to fill!
My College Ring for an Associate in Liberal Arts - Pre-Engineering. It is a color change Spinel mounted in 'Siladium', a silver simulant of alloyed Stainless Steel and Palladium, The Color change of the Spinel is a limited one. At just the right angle in sunlight, one of the side facets shines bright red! It moves around from facet to facet but only one at a time switches to a deep ruby color. Dang you can read the year (1983) and thus guess my age. Oh well, nothing like a little age on a man, right ladies?

Not all that shiny, perhaps, but brand new, much-needed around the house clogs. A steal at $4 (Canadian) smile

My husband firmly believes that Valentine's day is an evil invention of the greeting card and flower industries. I was therefore very surprised to be presented with this

Could I ask something? Could people please always post where/when/why the photos were taken? Some of us do, but I really like to learn about other places that I will never get to in person xoxoxo

I'll second that. It does make the photos so much more interesting.
