English Rugby League The first round kicks off on February 7th, so get your name down. ------------------------------------- The rules:- Pick a winner and score a point.
- Pick a draw and score a point (draws are very rare).
- Default is equal to the wooden spoon score.
- Final placings will be decided on HoF/WS differential and then, if required, total HoF awards.
- One bonus point for perfect score.
--------------------------------------- Last year, BxBarracuda led for much of the season, but imploded in the last round. Sypher snuck along the rails to claim the title by a single point. A very successful week of tipping, with perfect scores all over the shop. There were 88 correct tips and only 10 wrong ones- a stunning 89.8%! Seven bonus points were distributed.
These results caused mayhem to our standings, with only one tipster holding his position from last week. PaulE has edged past Dizart and now holds a slender lead.

Last I knew, 18 + 1 + 7 was 26, as PaulE and I match across the board. You have him at 27 and me at 26. 18+1+7 is indeed 26. However, I had 19 points after the last round not 18 which means that I should now have 27 points. Ozz's final total was right, it was the initial points total which wasn't.

Last week, a score of 5/7 was only enough to win a spoon. This week, the same score gave Dizart a share of the lead back.
There were a couple of big upsets, and both were only tipped by one player- congrats to BxBarracuda and Sypher for going out on a couple of limbs. There was also a very unusual scoreline in the last game. 7-0 is only a try, conversion and a field goal. Strange...

Most of the field moved up or down, but there were no really dramatic movements. PaulE is back on top, by himself.
Half of us got a spoon, and there were two HoFs, the recipients being Howie72 and gtho4.
