Awwww... His was such a beleaguered character. Between his wife and his daughter, it was a wonder he survived. I do remember, that on occasion, he would stand up to them smirk

Oh I loved seeing the relationship between him and his wife - was very interesting and he was so sweet to her! Although I think she also secretly liked it when he stood up to her. wink

Slightly off-topic, but not at the same time...Mrs. Oleson loved playing that part because it allowed her to get her frustrations out.
