Whhatttttt???? a spoon???? nooooooooooo  Would be nice to know how long I rode my luck rode before the brakes finally hit! Naah: I checked the records myself...I had a spoon in round 21 of last year...so that only makes it 15+29=44 rounds without a spoon... On a more positive side, I did not get a spoon the whole of 2012 (36 rounds) so guess in 36+36+30= 102 rounds I had just 1 spoon

Because Bx is too nice of an individual to give it to me.
Newman's had a good run through the Chase, with top 10 after top 10. He knew Larson was the spot he needed, and just like Keselowski's reasoning for splitting Johnson and Gordon at Texas, you either go for it or don't and regret/wonder what could of been. Tony Stewart once said he'd wreck his mother to win a championship.
I love what Kevin Harvick did two weeks ago at Texas. This current Chase model is fantastic for NASCAR. They've tinkered with it over time to stop the Jimmie Johnson Show, and they've have done quite well. In the previous versions, drivers could usually have a "mulligan" and get away with it. Now you can't. Not only is the competition need to be perfect, the passion and emotion has also been evident.

Due to time constraints we are moving forward past the write up.
Carl Edwards finished 15th, but no one that picked him had room to use him.
George95 holds a sizable 36 point lead going into the last race, srini and gtho are side by side, with srinin pulling ahead by a bumper this week and BxBarracuda has once again faded down the stretch and is 33 points off the podium.
Final race is Sunday at Homestead.

Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano and Ryan Newman are the final 4 Chase drivers for this final race, and due to the new rules so that the driver who finished ahead of the other three would win the Championship, these four drivers were unavailable for any bonus points this race.
Big Congratulations to George95 for winning this years competition.
Srini made a valiant effort down the stretch to make it three titles in a row but finished a solid second.
Gtho proved Ford's still have what it takes, taking the Bronze.
