Paul & Morgan Hamm were the first twins to compete for the US Olympic team. They were both gymnasts.

izzi, I found the Hamms, too, but they were in the 2000 Games, not 1952.

You're right ozzz, I think I should have goggled when I googled. The Hamm brothers were the first set of US twins to make the gymnastics team.
