And I'd be tempted to 'torch' (as opposed to 'toast') his quiz(zes), all of them.
Question...in the phone book it states that it is "...against state and federal laws to make obscene or harassing phone calls." The caller is subject to prosecution. I would assume that, in the broad sense, this is meant to refer to 'the transmission of obscene/harrassing communication.' Would this apply to transmission over computers as well and, if so, should we use this to remedy problems like this? I mean not to prosecute, but to inform the garbagegums of the law(s) that they have violated, and what can happen as a result? I know I'd think twice before doing it again.
