Another year, another win via coasting as Howie72 blasts to the first near perfect bonus since week 12 and expanded his lead up to 11. Howie72 finished third in the first instance of this comp 2 years ago, finished second last year, and now completes the podium triumvirate by finishing in first this year. Congratulations!

In a similar vein, N-Bomb finished third last year, and ups his spot one this year to finish second. Finishing up the podium is George95, who also completes the third year of the comp with a total of 0 wooden spoons, earning him a spot on that leaderboard as well with an active streak at 54 weeks.

The only game to trip up our champion this week was Louisville holding serve at home over #3 Virginia, of which only ozzz2002 and wwe84 got correct (this resident Louisville alum is very, very sad he chose otherwise).

A few comp records were set this year, not the least of which was Howie72's 206 total points, which blows out the previous record of 196 set last year. He also earned the most HoFs for a single comp, earning one in half of the 18 available weeks. On the other side, wwe84 set a record for most spoons in a season with 8, but he still finished in 8th place.

In the meantime, conference tournaments are over, and the bracket for the NCAA Tournament (and NIT tournament, for those of us relegated to such nonsense) is set, so head on over to the March Madness comp and get your last fix in for NCAA basketball until next winter!
