R is for Railway Station - the edwardian baroque style Dunedin Railway Station, opened in 1906. Back in it's heyday it was the busiest railway station in New Zealand. Now, the only passengers going through are those on the tourist trains to Taieri Gorge and The Seasider from Dunedin to Palmerston along the Otago coastline.

Here is Rosie (the Red) and a ted called Rodney.
I can no longer take photos of her eyes as they distort the photo since she went completely blind last year.

R is for Revolution - the Béla Kun Memorial in Budapest's Memento Park. Kun was a Bolshevik who led the Hungarian Soviet Republic in 1919.

R is for Ruins. Remains of a second century BC trading post at Arikamedu in south India. A number of Roman artifacts have been found here by the Archaeological Survey of India.
